Re: ACV and mole removal

When I drink ACV raw with the mother(Braggs) I usually slug down 2 tablespoons, three times a day. You can also add it to carrot juice. Try using it on your hair as a rinse and your hair will feel wonderful. I use ACV for treating my hair when it is dry and brittle regulary and it makes my hair healthy again. It is awsome for skin problems as well. Tell us how it goes with the mole. I would imagine that drinking ACV and using it externally would be a good combination. I hope you can tolerate the taste. I can but I don't take it every day orally.
