My Naturopath suggested this ratio of foods for me; 80% veggies and fruits, with a significant percentage raw, 10% animal products, meat and dairy, and 10% grains and sugars. I like this way of eating because nothing is forbidden, we just need to concentrate on eating mostly what is healthy and saving the rest as a side dish or treat.
