sounds like you are having fun mossy! I hear you about the meat thing..I grew up in Illinois and it was meat meat meat morning noon and night. I really like the stuff..but I figure that is exactly why I might have landed here!
I think I have that moosewood book here somewhere too. I have never cooked one thing out of it!
