This is NOT a miracle diet to lose weight. It's a great plan to change your diet afterwards (which is what I will do) and to get rid of the cravings which got me there in the first place.
It is MUCH healthier to lose only 1/2 lb a day than 3 or 4 lbs a day. There is no quick fix for losing weight, especially not if you are in the healthy range anyway, which it sounds like you are.
