15 Days and I've lost 20lbs, however, I have not concentrated on the weight lost per se. I have concentrated on the health benefits, in doing this I have reached a whole other level of motivation. I think the weight lost can take you so far, but when you look at the benefits you get and the newer perspective on a halthier life. WHen I do begin eating again, I will not be eating the same junk. This process has changed my mind about food forever. Don't just do it to lose weight, the weight will come off as a result. But the experience will be richer looking at it as a new health protocol in our lives.
