I am on day 7 (in about 6 hours it will be one week since I last ate, I used to think that would kill me). I am also doing 30 minutes of cardio daily (stationary bike). I feel great!!! Hope it continues (the feeling great).
Heres my numbers so far:
Day 1: 238
Day 2: 234
Day 3: 230
Day 4: 229
Day 5: 227
Day 6: 226
Day 7: 224
My Ideal weight is just under 200 lbs. so I think my results are just the "fat & crap" melting off.
