1 lb. in one day is not small at all. Imagine how long it would take you to burn 3500 calories if you were still eating right now. Your doing great, if you keep it up at that rate, you'll be leaner in no time. So far I've lost 8lbs. in 3 days. I'm still going strong and hoping to lose at least 20-30 lbs. by the time I'm done.
