I do this...

I take about 10oz hot water and add 1.5t Sea Salt ... close my eyes and pretend it's beef broth, drink quickly, then proceed to drink the additional water, roughly 20oz.

I find I'm usually in the bathroom within 15 min, then again about an hour later.

where when i did the 32oz of warm salt water, it'd take me about 1.5hrs to have the urge to "go".
