I'm on day 2 and... can I tell you how hungry I am!!! I am always freezing when I do the cleanse also - its that doggone cayenne.

I have been o.d-ing on water yesterday and today. infact, I did all water yesterday just to loosen up stuff to prepare for the fast.

hey, can we heat up the lemonade and drink it hot like tea - will that affect any of the properties of the ingredients or the effectiveness, u think?
