I tried para-free recently and while doing a 14 day master cleanse. Didn't notice any parasites but did do it for the full 10 days. Not sure about the milligrams, but the ingredients, I believe are exactly the same as Dr. Clark's. I need to try the zapper because I have had an itchy anus for the past 14 years, which no doctor has been able to diagnose. Beginning to think it's parasites. the 14 day master cleanse did not even bring relief. Let me know if you see or feel results.
