The parasites that came out of my nose were about the size of my pinkie nail and were tan in color. At first, I thought they were little pieces of mushrooms, but there was NO way they were! They were little chunks, not worms. Tonight though, I got out some new stuff to look at! First I got out this thing that looked like a split pea only it was beet red and it was the size of a split pea. Then a couple hours later, I got out ANOTHER one only this one really looked like a split pea in color and size! It was rubbery though! I guess my body's trying to decorate for Christmas???? HEEE HEEEE!

I am anxiously awaiting the results from my test!!

In this book I have written by the guy who formulated the Arise & Shine program said that it's VERY important to clear out all of the mucoid plauque because most of the parasties live BELOW this layer! That's a scary thought!
