I would compare the mg of each ingredient with something that has been tried and true like Dr. Hulda Clark s Black-Walnut tincture. If it's not strong enough I'm not sure it will work. I looked up the brand I have here at the house and I found that her tincture was three times as strong as what I had. You might want to buy her book or borrow someones copy to see how she uses it too. And to top it off I think her stuff would have cost me less.
I think I am begining to get relief from the night time itchy crawlie feelings for the first time ever using a zapper. It cost about 40 dollars to build if you already have a soldering iron including the battery. None of the herbals I ever used totally got rid of the night time itching. I just wish I had known of this product years ago. I probably wouldn't have such dysfunctional sleep habits if I had gotten rid of them way back then.
