Looks like reactive hypoglycemia is the trigger

So I found an interesting article about how reactive hypoglycemia is one of the least understood triggers for migraines. As I understand, it is blood Sugar spikes and subsequent crashes, caused by eating unbalanced simple carbohydrates. Here is the article: https://www.migraineagain.com/sugar-and-migraines-how-your-cravings-hurt/

And such is the diet you have to follow on the day of the Liver Flush (at least according to Moritz). So I plan to try to reduce the Sugar (i.e. fruit) in what I eat, and include a little lean protein (maybe 4-5 grams total but that's it). There are also other protocols out there, but I'm afraid to switch since I've got this one down.
