Good that you have a handle on what your supplement schedule looks like. Trapper wrote recently (months) that some are seeing good results with pulsing the heavier doses.
Breaks do give your body time to handle what is stirred up from the iodine/restablish your mineral balances.
My radar is still pinging on the nutrients that effect the methylation cycle - methionine, b12, b1, b6, and the trace minerals.
