Re: Iodoral is making me cold!

another perfect tie in for me Trapper

the girlfriend has been taking 12.5mg Iodoral for 4months or so now, not much detox, some zits, and breast softened and then her menses was easier, less discomfort
I posted that previously.....

recently she has had more menses discomfort.

so I gave her a bottle of 50mg Iodoral and told to try taking 25mg for awhile and then upping it if that was ok...
after 3-4 days on 25mg she started feeling more tired and cold and it has been hot here during days and cold and nite and in morning...colorado

So I told her she has increased her detox by taking more.

I told her the cold thing happens....it happened to me.....and of course I didn't know enough then and I freaked out and stopped.....

I told her she has a few choices and that it will get better eventually
she can take more Iodine...maybe try 50mg for a few days
some people do better on more
or go back to 12.5 and take it slow

all that said, are there any tricks to the getting cold thing? Ways to move through it faster???
taking more I is the obvious thing, didn't know if there are others

when I stopped in August two years ago because of getting so cold, I stopped for about 18 months, and when I started again in Feb I don't remember having much of the cold thing this time around, but I was mostly taking 100mg.....my gut says more was better for me and I know that Trapper will mostly agree with that.....
