Re: Iodoral is making me cold!

Hi, its clear you've done some reading, that's nice :) I could give a lot of feedback but have to keep this short, so.... try not to rush things. Unless you are imminently dying, there's absolutely nothing wrong with a slow smooth detox/restoration. Let the body adjust, do its thing, don't try to push matters too quickly. It seems unlikely you'll be one to hurt yourself, but I've seen a few others try to go too fast, so my message is one of patience. I don't come on here to argue with folk but should emit an opinion that I citrus rinds are completely verboten in my diet. I saw where you suggest the rind is the healthiest part. Not worth arguing over. But usually god has gift wrapped our food and we discard the wrapper. Maybe I've been eating the wrong part of the avacados. With citrus, they're loaded with sugar, the terpenes in the rind are insect repellants.
I have strong evidence that the terpenes in the rinds of lemons, limes, citrus paridisi and oranges are terminator compounds of some very essential immune function reactions. But, I admit I put some lemon zest in my duck recipe !! oh, keep in mind also that the thyroid gland is the thermostat of the body - why else would it be located in a position to sense the temperature of the air coming into the windpipe ? If you want to feel warmer, try breathing some really cold air. Simple stuff. Good luck.
