Re: please help! costochondritis plus panic attacks

I have the same issue, I have been to the doctor/ER around 8 times the past few week. EKG, blood test and Echocardiogrpah came back fine. But I still feel tightness in my chest and it causes me to panic. I have never been a panicky person so I was very worried that it was severe. They said it was Cosco, but it’s been going on for weeks. I was prescribed Ibuprofin, it was working great at first but as time went on it is getting less effective. My latest panic attack plus chest pain was also made worse by a heating pad. Anybody know what to do to help me. Anything would help. Thanks. Tweet
