I know exactly how you feel! It was about 9 weeks and about 30 trips to the doctor sometimes every day of the week before i got diagnosed with this!! They just kept saying i was having panic attacks and then sending me away and i was in excruciating pain, which was making me have the panic attacks i felt like i could not breathe and when u have a panic attackit only makes it worse and it makes your heart beat as well and u panic over that and then hyperventaliting then feeling lightheaded and my legs used to go to jelly. When i realised after havin ecgs and bloods test that is was just teizes sydrome it didnt make the pain better, i had it for 3 monthes continuously but i put my mind at rest and i could cope better knowing nothing bad was going to happen!! Just rest as much as you can and try not to over do it bending and lifting aggravates it etc. I get flare ups all the time but they dont last as long , i have it again now and im pregnant so cant take any pain releif! You'll be fine nothing bad will happen and if the anxiety gets to much go see your doctor!
