You might do better to start more slowly with some of the interventions, including various detoxes and sauna. They can kick butt in some people even when the person needs them.

Don't underestimate what a couple mg of lithium from Li aspartate or similar for someone who is fairly intense at times and is looking for items in a support combo. I'm not suggesting it as a fix-all, but just as a puzzle piece.
