Ever look into support for adrenal cortex--adrenal fatigue?

Ever try magenesium, GABA, maybe a couple mg of lithium supplements?

Have you tried taking some apple cider vinegar with big meals?

Are you taking a multivitamin, maybe something with generous amounts of zinc and selenium?
