Thanks. Haven't tried lithium, gaba or selenium. Heard of them. Its just that lately I've loaded up on so much I can't keep track of it all. Going to sleep now after a detox tea and a laxative tea. Dis it last night and I was in pain all day today. So doing it again thinking it worked so I've got more flushing to do. I've got this $800 portable full spectrum sauna coming in the mail soon, and I'm considering getting a vibration machine also. Ive got a dozen gummy vitamins, powder vitamins, d-ribose, msm, l carnatine, coq10, betaine, at this moment got binaural beats in my ears reading up on health before sleep (if you can call it that), protein powder, super veggie powder, gonna cook ox tail soup tomorrow(yumm...)... ... lol, maybe I'll throw in some selenium. Some girl told me she tool a selenium bath amd it brought back an old acid trip. Must be effective. There's more I'm sure. I always cook with acv but on this yang diet you're supposeed to avoid yin foods and acv is supposedly yin. My meditation is weak and feels like wasting time as far as my overall results. I feel the sauna from my local gym trials has worked great and just my overall diet overhaul so I'm just going to keep it up but there are literally demons in my life i have to deal with. Ive cut everyone out because I simply cant take people who aren't remotely on my wave length/path, and and my neighbor who murdered my cat and his friends are pure evil, and I simply can't "turn the other cheek" as it's only made me sick up til this point with every other demon I've encountered. So I'm in this 24/7 intense internal battle in this plastic world... feels like "they live" and I'm pretty alone here. Considering a psychotherapist. Everything costs $$$ amd there are no 'friends' that take care of each other and are on a higher path. Everyone just goes to work to pay bills and taxes to watch tv amd go on an occasional vacation. Oh, so yeah, perhaps I'll add gaba, read about it and selenium. Thanks for the link. Once I get my results back (after I send my hair off) I'll get into it. Tweet
