Re: Glycine to treat high cortisol?

The severe symptoms all started last summer when I was eating very poorly, and I lost a lot of weight. I started to care more about what I ate and now I get more than enough nutrition each day.

A couple of years ago I got burned out from work and school, and that's when I started getting very mild symptoms like fatigue and myalgia.

I'm unable to tolerate rhodiola or anything else that raises serotonin due to my serotonin toxicity I experienced last summer. I will try large amounts of vitamin c though and some zinc.

Gelatin gives me a headache and I'm way too tired to make my own, but like you mentioned it probably won't be of much help anyway. I don't know what I'll do if it won't turn around soon, this is no longer a life worth living.
