why do you think it is high? Is there an issue with anxiety? If so, you might want to start with those supplements, etc.

Also what is involved in natural break down of cortisol in the liver--for example, methylation or glucoronidation, etc. On that subject other hormones probably break down using the same liver pathway(s), maybe one or more of the estrogens.
