Re: Glycine to treat high cortisol?

There are so many supplement suggestions on the net that it's impossible to try them all. I tried to find info on dodder seeds for cortisol but no luck. Are you sure it lowers cortisol and not just causes a rebound effect when quitting? Does it affect serotonin in any way? I'm extremely sensitive to anything that raises serotonin since my last serotonin syndrome.

This article suggests that glycine lowers cortisol:

Unfortunately it raises my serotonin too much so I can't take it in relevant doses.
