Nobody said the Master-Cleanse is easy. I have been planning my Master-Cleanse "plan of attack" for two weeks now and plan to start in the middle of September. I'm going to do a comprehensive 40 day cleanse. If it was easy, everybody would be doing it. Maybe you failed because you weren't mentally prepared. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try it again. This time plan it. Plan it to the "T", write it on your calendar, and get your mind in it. You can do it. This forum is great for information and support. Remember. You CAN do it.
