When I researched the Master-Cleanse the only negatives were from people who had read the book, not done the cleanse and called it crap. Or from people who were unable to finish the Master-Cleanse calling it 'garbage.' I'm sorry you couldn't do the MC. But just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean it's garbage. I'm not religious, but I certainly can appreciate the benefit religion gives billions of people. I don't call it garbage because I'm not interested. If you had actually done the Master-Cleanse by the book, you would have gone the 10 days. Then maybe you could have commented on how none of the claims applied to you and it would of had some credence. That said I hope you find a fast that works for you. We are all in this for better health and everyone can take a different road. Best wishes...
