How to dose silver to nebulize

I have my first case of acute bronchitis and it's no fun! I have a bottle of Arg.23 silver and can go get Mullein (and Lobelia, I think it was). My question is: how do I mix all this, do I add water too? I have a Rhino something (forget the name) that mists it to inhale. I have a flight to catch in a couple days and would love to get rid of this awful cough! Thanks for any help. Tweet
