Hey many thanks! Just to let you know that I took your advice. Collagen-related supplements actually seem like a great idea as I am on a vegan diet. Yes I understand that MSM should actually be taken in extremely small doses if at all, it's powerful stuff. Will stop for a while, drink lots, see what happens. Thank you again!
