I think you are responding to 14 month old message and may not hear from that person. It will be best to start a new message by clicking on New Topic button on the forum main page. Also Curezone has “Magnesium” forum where you will find a lot of information.
I don’t know the details about your diet. But you may consider following points, if .....
1. You consume coffee or tea on a regular base, caffeine will deplete magnesium in you body.
2. You drink sodas, also caffeine and phosphate will deplete Mg.
3. You eat
Sugar and processed foods will do the same.
4. You drink alcohol same thing.
5. You take Calcium by itself, your body will take Mg from your bones and reserves.
What can you do?
A. Take supplement- Magnesium Taurate in liquid form, 400mg twice a day
B. Eat leafy green organic vegetables and an Avocado a day.
C. Eat nuts and seeds everyday.
D. Eat bananas
E. Eat whole grains and legumes.
Lastly buy a book by Dr. Carolyn Dean, The Miracle Magnesium.
