REACTION TO RE-FEEDING! Advice please!

REACTION TO RE-FEEDING! advice appreciated.

14 days ago I embarked on a fasting regime that commenced with 4 days of a 1 quarter pineapple each day, then followed by a Water Fast for the next 10 days. The first few days included turmeric and iodine, however this was ceased due to strong detox symptoms.

It was decided in my family that I should cease the fast today, (day 10), 11 days earlier than expected due to travel commitments and meetings later in the week and that I should re-feed so that I would be able to meet those commitments.

I was reluctant and procrastinating breaking my fast and was almost in some degree of mourning about putting food into my body - as I was feeling well on the fast. I had a cup of diluted pineapple juice over an hour and felt ill. I had some pineapple in the food processor (and had it mushed) and felt my chest was extremely tight, my heart rate increase and my whole torso felt as if it were in trauma. I immediately went to bed. I was eating slow over some period of time.

After I awoke I still felt very ill and in a great deal of discomfort. I had bicarb in case it was some sort of heartburn.. later I had an avocado... and hours later I still feel ill and I regret ever eating!!!! I feel like the only way out of it is to fast again. I have sipped some clear broth which is slightly soothing my my whole throat feels bruised at the base, and the tightness of chest heart pain has not ceased.


What is wrong with my body? what did I do wrong? and how can I heal myself.


I feel so much sorrow for eating... (its sounds so corny and silly but I really do)
