Re: REACTION TO RE-FEEDING! Advice please!

Pardon my long delay in reply. I erroneously thought that I had seen this post, when in fact I had not.

I am on day 5 of the water fast. Praise be to the Creator.

I ate fairly light for about a week leading up with just small platters of cut fruit and veg.

The very last day before my fast I had pineapple and broth as it was what I had on hand.

During my re-feed I continued to internally cleanse with a straight water flush (no retention) every 3rd-4th morning. I think I refed for a good thirty days. I was very careful and conscious with my eating and took things slow. I failed to gain much weight back and went into this fast a few kg underweight.
I looked thinner than I actually was as I am a petite person with very large bones if that makes sense. So me at 51kg looks a lot creepier than another finer boned person - because most of my weight is just heavy bones and some lean muscle mass.

My family are concerned and implored me to look into other methods to shrink my cyst, but thus far I haven't come up with a better solution than the water fasting. I am not concerned with my weight, but I do wonder where I will be after 30 days.

I will re-feed with a short 3-5 day coconut fast, some broth, and a combination of initially red apple, orange,... then after a good while some pawpaw which I hope to continue for life-long cyst clearing and hormone balancing benefits, adding to this coconut and pineapple. I hope to stay this way for as long as God wills, adding in other nutrients such as soups, animal proteins only very occasionally when needed.


Iodine, selenim, b complex, manesium will be my supplements, eventually.. God willing.
