I'm not advising anyone to drink old urine, but I've drunk 2 even 3-day old urine with no ill effects. It is a strong antibiotic. I've rinsed my teeth with it and it's kept the infections at bay and helped healed sores that have erupted on my face due to the infections in my teeth.
