yep, you hit the nail on the head - 12 months of hard work detoxing, Amalgams out, lots of salt and I am left with a slight throb (a lot of the time barely there) in the cervical lymph nodes which I am putting down to toxicity in the lymph - it was full on throbbing and palps initially so I know I'm getting there. In my case it was definitely toxicity, too much released by the Iodine for my downgraded immune system to cope with, and the mercury toxic symptoms that went on for a few months were horrific.
