Re: Iodine for Hashimoto's: Types & Success Stories

I've been taking Lugol's Iodine in addition to supplementing with higher amounts of SSKI to help accelerate the process. So far I am feeling significantly better, don't know what my new numbers would be yet but I can tell its all moving in the right direction. I researched Dr. Brownstein and Dr. Flechlas to know what co-supplements to take along with these Iodine supplements to do it safely though. I also had an Iodine load test done through Hakala Labs in CO which Dr. Flechlas will consult on - still waiting on those results, but I guarantee it will show I was significantly deficient in iodine based on how I'm feeling and my body is responding to the iodine. I didn't want to wait taking the iodine and co-supplements based on how I already started feeling when I started messing with those. I think I'm well on my way to getting at the root cause of this thing...
