Day 7: broke fast due to severe, persistent nausea
Howdy all.
I broke my fast 4 hours into day 7 (a clove of garlic and one onion fried in olive oil with some baked beans and chili tuna.)
I had been feeling nauseous for 36 hours, crippling nausea, forcing me to keep to my bed.
I rationalized braking the fast thus:
I am taking cymbalta 30mg per day, Clonaze 1/2mg per day and Thyroxin 100mg per day; and, crucially, I am tapering off the first two.
How was I to be certain what part the tapering of cymbalta (a bitch to come off) was playing in my symptoms?
So, I thought I'd take a tactical retreat (smart chicken-shit run-a-way) and finish my withdrawing from the 2 drugs before re-attempting assault of the summit.
But while waiting for the withdrawal process to finish, I will train "at base-camp" with alternate day WF and perhaps a 36 DF, just to get myself into good form for the big climb.
Here is my vlog on the "retreat":

Any advice on how to best spend my time at "base-camp" would be greatly appreciated.
