Dear High on water, thank you,for sharing some conclusions of knowledge and summarize the knowledge shortly from those fasting books (thanks for the pictures of the books cover), it is helpful, even though i might should read that book my self in order to get more guiding through my fasting. But, to be honest, i couldn't afford to buy it, yet. Maybe someday. And not to mention, i live here (near to singapore and malaysia, is there any book store that sell those ones), and busy.I am fine..
