At minimum and without a physician assisting you, you should at least be taking your vitals every day. I don't know what country you reside in but here in the US, you can go into any Walgreens or CVS or even some grocery stores with a pharmacy and there is almost always a piece of equipment by the pharmacy that can measure your blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI and hydration. These machines are pretty accurate. Also at minimum you need to monitor your blood to at least make sure your electrolytes don't drop to dangerous levels. A basic metabolic panel will do this plus reassure you that your liver and kidneys are functioning adequately. Here in the US we can order common blood tests (i.e. metabolic panel and urine analysis) online without a doctor's prescription and walk into any Lab Corp or Sonora Quest lab to get blood draw. The metabolic panel and urine analysis run about $30/each. I use Health-test-direct dot com because they have medical staff available and can assist you in interpreting your results at no additional charge, should you need help in understanding your results. If you can get a copy of Dr. FURHMAN'S book (I will attempt to attach a picture of the front cover), I highly recommend reading it and using it to assist you. Ugh! It's attached in the
E F Forums Fasting Album. I have no idea how the picture of this book got there. Put Dr.Furhman's fasting book in the search field and it should come up.
