Heavy Duty Colon Cleansing

Glad to hear everything is coming out all right (little cleansing joke there)...

Hmmm. SWF, enema, colonic... Apples, oranges and kiwis!

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) flushes your entire digestive system, top to bottom (as we all know).

There are several types of enema. The simple in/out, that just cleanses your lower bowel. You can do a "high" enema, wherein you strike a comfortable pose (as comfortable as can be with a hose Down There), and allow the water to SLOWLY trickle in, with your abdomen raised so that gravity will cause the water to go into the upper regions of your colon. This can be helped along with massage in the right direction. It helps to become very familiar with the anatomy of your insides... your liver is on the right side, and in that region your small intestine connects to your colon, which goes DOWN the right side (with the appendix hanging off the bottom). The Stuff fills that area, then peristalsis works it along the transverse colon (which goes across your upper abdomen from right to left), thence down the descending colon (on the side with your stomach), into the weirdly shaped sigmoid colon (kind of like a P trap in Plumbing 101), thence exiting the anus. So in the case of a high enema you are encouraging water to go back the wrong way... up the left side, across and down the right. It can take several attempts to make this happen.

Professional colonics. I understand they are not all created equal, but have had the good fortune to ONLY have had experience with very high tech equipment and an extremely experienced operator, who is not only an RN, but also a naturopath, nutritionist, iridologist (among other tricks). I would NEVER just do a colonic without seeing the equipment, having it explained, and seeing the credentials of the therapist/interviewing with him or her and feeling very comfortable.

That said, a high tech pro colonic uses ultra purified water with special pressure valves which allow the technician to gently but firmly push water throughout the colon, filling to specific pressure, applying massage to help loosen old crud, then expelling the results through a see-thru tube, closed system, straight down the pipes. Adios! You can see exactly what comes out.

Without colonics and fasting I could never have done the work I have done over the past three years. I was VERY impacted with ANCIENT, ANTIQUE, really WEIRD stuff (mucous with personality!?). I had done herbal cleanses to little avail. I reeeely needed... ROTO ROOTER! I have removed quite literally layers and layers of Stuff mysteriously velcroed to my colon--heaven knows all the fluids passing through it to nourish my other organs must have been unspeakably filthy!
