i really love red meat... i'm ONE WED MEAT LUVIN' WABBITTE :P:P i love it so much i could have it RAW (so long as it's fresh) .... that's how much i enjoy eating meat :( !!!! it's probably blasphemous to say it here... but i've REALLY CUT DOWN on eating meat A LOT... before i started with the Master-Cleanse i was having meat like once every two or three weeks only...

Speaking of teeth my mouth is full of mercury fillings.

Will this become worse when I fast.

******u know, opinions differ on that.. i was hesitant about starting Master-Cleanse cos i have some CANDIDA symptoms and i was told that Master-Cleanse wasn't good for candida cos of the amount of maple syrup you gotta ingest... i was also told that my body type wasn't good for fasting, etc. etc. etc... but i had to do SOMETHING.... nothing else was really healing me fast enough... so i just went ahead and started with this fast and didn't get horribly sick, and even felt a bit better... so i'm sticking with it :) i think the important thing is to listen to your body...

I have a pasa fina horse and I rode her yesterday. I bet she is happy I don't weigh so much.

******** wow your life is so different from mine.... the closet i get to horses here is if i take the subway to central park and watch the horse driven buggies :p i'm a total city gal so i'm just not used to being close to huge animals like that... i'll be too scared to ride one i think!! :p

******today i'm craving something nasty and salty... they say it gets easier and some people get turned off by junk food more and more as they get deeper in the fast, but me? i seem to crave junk food that i wasn't even eating before i did the fast :p so go figure :p:p !!! other than that, it's not too difficult... today i'm low energy but that has more to do with the fact that i just got back from toronto last nite and suffering from "post vacation hang over".... :p

i have some Acne problems and that's also getting better... i had some hairy moments though... when toxins are released, sometimes it makes Acne problem worse as you are cleansing....


Do you really think I will clean up the plaque in my intestines, I hope so.
