Day 2, I'm amazed at how good I feel compared to what I "thought" I would feel like. I'm in pretty good shape as it is and eat rather healthy. Though I've definitely had my share of toxins in my life. My main problem today is moodiness. Is this what PMS feels like ladies? Sucks. Also supposed to go to a networking lunch with 30 others as we sit around a table full of very good food. Hmm, let me think about that...prooobably not a great idea today. Maybe next week. I'm not THAT strong.
