If you mean so called Bates teachers, stay away! I was interested in what you tried by your own. The only way to succeed is being one ‘s own teacher and follow the guidelines outlined in the whole literature (3,000 pages, did you read them all in original form?). I believe it’s the right thing to do because the real cause is not in chemicals or proteins but in the higher principles that rule over them.
