Congratulations on your good work!

NEVER break on a low. If you decide to break now, only do so if you are feeling up, clear and well! If you break on a low you will prolong the crisis.

Excellent work! The good news is... if you decide you need to continue, you can always do so at a later time. This year I am doing a series of ten days with cleansing diet between, as opposed to one big long muthuh as I have done in the past. I feel wonderful!

DO break very carefully after a long fast. You should extend your break period until digestion is fully reestablished. If you do not, you pay the price (yikes!) and can undo all your good work and effort.

That first glass of OJ will taste like it just landed straight from heaven! ENJOY!
