I'm starting to think I'm just weird :P I think I like the idea of a series of short fasts better. Seems like a series wouldn't make you bored or as sick of the lemonade as the long ones do. I'll run to the store tonight and get lemons and a ton of oranges. Tomorrow I'll start with the fresh OJ and alternate that with lemonade for a couple of days and then try to introduce the broth.. if its too soon, I'll just continue with the juice a bit longer.
I haven't had any dramatic changes or anything but I do feel wonderful and my skin is baby soft. I think I've lost some fat cells along the way too. Thank you for the advice, I really needed some input :)
