The name used for sugarcane juice at least in the caribean is "guarapo". Any cuban shop will know that name and prolly guide you to where you can find it.

BTW the stuff does not keep and you must use it the day you buy it. I would mix a batch for the day as the lemon or lime will help preserve it. Keep it refrigerated.
