I'm sure you're finished with your fast by now... but for future reference, any fast lasting longer than 3 days should be ended by a liquid diet for several days (to get your digestive track working properly again), & then soft foods (mashed potatoes, oatmeal, bananas, canned pears, etc) for several more days & then ease back into solid foods & harder to digest foods.
I made that mistake before & ouch! The belly ache!!! A mistake that I will not make again!
