I don't recommend fasting as means of losing weight. However if you do, you will benefit with detoxing junk from your body.

Drink warm water everytime your feel like eating. After first three days everything will be repulsive, coking will be easy.

BTW, you are responding to 4 year old post, that person may not be here on this forum. I have been on this forum for 14 years, I see people come go.

If you really want to lose weight, post fast feeding will be the key. Eat plant based foods and exercise. No processed foods, sugars, heavy meat proteins and you will do fine.
