Thanks. At present I eat a vegetarian diet, leaning towards vegan. Most of my food is cooked vegetables with spices. Every second or third day I eat a large amount of fruit. Every day or every alternate day I eat a small quantity of cooked brown rice, about one quarter to half a cup. Also, soaked nuts.
I will look up the diets you recommended. I'm happy to try things as long as I don't have to eat meat, which I feel averse to psychologically.
I've done 13 Liver Flushes and hope to do 20 by this winter.
