To my own eye, I look better @ 150 than I did @ 238. However there are a few grabs of fat I have to lose, else the 6 pack stays covered up. My wife somehow sees my getting thinner as a failure on her part (I think). In any case my wife would not look better if she got to even 100 from 125. She's healthy over all so I am glad.
Its the dislike of Sugar and sweet food that's at work with her. She eats plenty of carbs, nearly 60+% of her calorie intake is carbs, but not simple carbs.
