Good goals. It is hard work. Stick it out and continue no matter how hungry you get, drink warm water everytime you feel like eating.
Most importantly figure out why are you eating emotionally, what emotions are you replacing with food. Eliminate all junk foods from your house, give it away. We eat more when our body is not getting enough nutrition and the junk foods taste good and hook us, but our tongue is flexible, you keep eating blend tasting food everyday and the tongue will like it.
Tell yourself, I am eating to live, not living to eat. Everytime e you reach for food, ask am I really hungry? Am I just eating because I am craving?
If you fail at fasting, do not despair, change how you eat and why you eat, then do kidney cleanse,
Colon Cleanse and liver cleanse. Stay on plant based diet and you will be fine.
