Wow good examples you wrote, and actually i agree,
Funny thing is- since I was young I have always always tried to be thin to look better, but with doing that I have been healthy as a result, I often go for a whole year eating only whole fresh foods and just water, unfortunately I may eat badly for a year, but when I feel fat and ugly I get right back to the healthy cycle and start again, never got this big though, so I feel pretty confident that when I get to my goal weight, I want to stay there, and eating healthy 90% of the time will keep me there :)
